Clear Advice From Tom Asaker
A while back, my extremely prolific blogging and personal friend, Bob Souer introduced me to Tom Asacker, business and marketing strategist.
Bob located a downloadable podcast where Tom discusses concepts from his new book, “A Clear Eye For Branding”, where he discusses examples of how to reinforce a brand in the customer’s mind.
It’s all about identity, sense of self-worth and the value contributed from the image projected and how it must match the client’s mental experience of the image.
People are so busy, and into their routines. So it’s vital as to how a company approaches the marketing of the brand correctly. Enter the customer’s world and routine correctly. The way to successfully do this is to help the client (consumer) to clearly understand the expectations the brand offers.
Get out of the act of persuading customers to do business with you, which is the 1950’s business paradigm..
Instead, enhance the experience client has with you. They’ll tell others and refer your if you do something that demonstrates value to them.
