If you haven’t heard of Ted Williams by now , and you’re a voiceover actor,  I assume you’ve been visiting another planet for the past week or so. 

Ted Williams, is  the homeless guy “with a golden voice”, who’s been discovered  on a street corner and catapulted into celebrity within a week of landing on youtube.  View it here

The Cleveland Cavaliers, and Kraft have hired him. No doubt others will too, or have him under contract by this time.

Ted’s is a feel-good story. Proof of the force of viral web…Recognition of the plight of the homeless, alcoholism rehab, redemption, and has raised the hackles of many VO’s. Pro and con. There’s a great debate happening.

But Ted’s story is just the beginning.
