One of my voice coaches, Harvey Kalmenson at Kalmenson & Kalmenson voice-casting in Burbank rants in an open letter to Joe Flint, the article’s writer on the topic.
My opinion, is varied. Yes, celebs are working more in animation, films, games, commercials, and even audiobooks. Just look at this year’s Audies finalists!
Never fear…There is still plenty of work for the working pros.
And not all agencies will have the budget to hire A-list actors.
Life goes on!
