The good news is she told the attendees they could and should be getting more voiceover work in the UK and throughout Europe. 

US
talent do have some fabulous advantages, including time zone, currency
valuation, and believe it or not, less competition. She also stated that
the high level of service in the US is highly regarded abroad. 

Various
secrets were revealed as to how to get international voice work,
stressing the fact that  there is demand for American voices.

How to charge?

Know the currency exchange! Euros, pounds, etc.  check out Piehole’s script timing tool. 

Just charge what you charge on smaller jobs, by changing the $ sign to the appropriate currency.

were looking for five male and five female American voices for their
directory and were pleased they easily fulfilled their goal here at the
VOICE convention.
