Prepping to Move the Studio

7 Days to Moving Day… (Mercy)!

Today was full of issues!  Appointment completed with our attorney to execute some papers, followed by a commercial recording for Red Envelope’s Christmas campaign, followed by packing more boxes, followed by starting to break down the studio/office.

I’ve put in a change of address with USPS.COM to begin forwarding November 20. Looks like the forwarding has already happened! Ugh! Put a call into the local post office to find out why we haven’t received mail since last Friday. And on and on…..

Anyway, I’m getting ready to pack up this week for all things related to the audio recording gear in my studio , which will be one of the last things to officially be packed. I am referring to an awesome custom schematic drawing made for me by VO Studio Tech, George Whittam. I’ve decided to follow the schematic drawing by attaching color-coded vinyl tape to the connecting wires and dots to the mixer and Telos Zephyr, signal splitter and Lexicon Alpha interface.  See my pic above.

Packing and more packing…..
