I’m in the middle of a snowstorm, literally and figuratively. And I’ve been digging out.

Checking in with the weather. The snow depth here is about 11 inches. We got off easy in these parts. North of Milwaukee has nearly 17 inches!

I hung in the voiceover booth most of the day hiding from the other inevitable snowstorm of papers and to do items piling upĀ  relating to taxes. I must admit that this time it’s been a drain on my usual energy.

The move is still in process as I have to contact various large corporate types to get things straight because they didn’t get my first memo from months ago. Frustrating. But I’m not bitter. I’ve been shoveling a lot of corporate BULL-Speak, trying to get to their truths. (YES YOU, AT&T and your random rate goughing ISDNĀ  service)

I’m digging out.

I’m lining up piles and piles of papers into tidy rows.

I’m scanning and collating and making PDFS for the CPA.

I’m digging it. I’m almost done digging out.
